New Target developed and implemented an online communication strategy to reach and inform AUVSI's audiences within a dynamic, unique design that provides compelling thought leading content. The website's design provides members and other audiences with the ability to personalize their experience based on their particular terrain (air, land, sea) within a unique specialized domain (data, hardware, software). The user interface design also takes into account the developing policy aspects in this nascent industry by providing a place for policy holders to filter by issues relevant to important policy debates and rulemaking decisions.
In addition to architecting a new digital strategy and web design, the website was built using a Drupal content management system and is integrated with multiple 3rd party software systems. An important integration point is Abila's netFORUM association management system as it provides the ability to create a personalized membership experience and allows members to achieve a variety of self-service features on the website with more feature releases anticipated in the future.
