Our Location

New Target is located in The Montgomery Center, a converted warehouse in Old Town, Alexandria. Built in the early 1950s, The Montgomery Center was once home to the largest seismic monitoring facility in the United States, monitoring underground nuclear detonations throughout the world during the cold war for the Pentagon. Today considered the flagship property of Old Town North, The Montgomery Center is home to more than 35 tenants including retail stores, restaurants, an art school, and a wide variety of commercial tenants. Old Town North is one of Alexandria's fastest growing neighborhoods, attracting growing, vibrant companies. Several hotels and a conference center are within blocks of our office.

From Downtown Washington

Take the George Washington Memorial Parkway toward Ronald Reagan National Airport. Continue past the airport into Alexandria. Once in Alexandria, turn left on Madison Street. From the Capital Beltway (495)

Approaching Alexandria from Tyson's Corner, take Exit 177B onto Route 1 North. This is the very last exit before crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to Maryland.
