New Target is located in The Montgomery Center, a converted warehouse in the north end of Old Town Alexandria. Built in the early 1950's, The Montgomery Center was once home to the largest seismic monitoring facility in the US, monitoring underground nuclear detonations all over the world during the cold war for the Pentagon.

Today, The Montgomery Center is home to a mix of retail stores, restaurants, and light industrial and commercial office space housing more than 35 tenants. Two blocks from the river, our new offices are light-filled and open, with a central glass conference room that looks out over the office and the street. North Old Town is one of Alexandria's fastest growing neighborhoods, attracting small vibrant companies and families looking for room to grow. Several large hotels and a conference center are within blocks of our offices.

Driving Direction

From Downtown Washington

Take the George Washington Memorial Parkway toward Ronald Reagan National Airport. Continue past the airport into Alexandria. Once in Alexandria, turn left on Madison Street. From the Capital Beltway (495)

Approaching Alexandria from Tyson's Corner, take Exit 177B onto Route 1 North. This is the very last exit before crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to Maryland.
